I am in my 50s. I have had several home and auto insurers. During the past 10 years that I've been with Farmers, customer service has never been anything but award-winning (at least to me). I have the best agent I have ever had, Kimeo Smith. I am disabled, but I was still working when we met. He has always looked out for the best deal possible for me, giving me choices and telling me when I didn't need a particular coverage (even though it would lower his commission) or telling me that I need to make sure with The population boom that I have to upgrade my home owner's insurance. He has returned every voice mail or email I've ever sent. Frankly, he has been a blessing from God when times were challenging as my disability worsened, but he has always been patient and kind. This will make me sound like an old codger, but I've worked help desks for software and trained software for many years: incredible customer service is difficult to find these days, but not at Farmer's.
